Intelli Forge Systems (“we”, “us”, or “our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: username, email address, password hash, role.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Meeting data: uploaded audio/video files, transcripts, and generated summaries are stored on our servers.
• Usage data: upload counts, plan type, subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide transcription and meeting-summary services.
• To manage billing and subscriptions.
• To enforce plan limits and monitor service health.
• To communicate important updates about the service.

3. Data Retention

Meeting files and results are retained according to your subscription plan (7, 30, or 90 days). Expired data is automatically deleted by periodic cleanup tasks.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, and AI providers (Deepgram, AssemblyAI, OpenAI-compatible endpoints) for speech-to-text and summarization. Your audio is sent to the speech provider you configure, subject to their privacy policies.

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS, password hashing (Werkzeug), and containerized deployment. However, no online system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may delete your account by contacting support. This removes your user record and orphaned meeting data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
