By accessing or using Intelli Forge Systems (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered speech-to-text transcription and structured meeting summarization. Output quality depends on audio clarity, speaker separation, and the chosen AI provider.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload files you have the legal right to process.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process it solely for providing the Service. We do not sell or monetize your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated transcripts or summaries, or for data loss beyond our retention guarantees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intelli Forge Systems operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
